These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for accessing and using MacroSense AI.

Use of the service

MacroSense AI is provided to help members track nutrition, review wellness information, and access AI-assisted product features. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own authorized account or organization access.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Health-related information

MacroSense AI may present nutrition and wellness insights, but the service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals for medical decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the product, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or MacroSense AI.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep MacroSense AI available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security reasons, or if continued access would expose MacroSense AI or other users to risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MacroSense AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
